Well, let's see what happened this weekend and what can I talk about it:

Let's start with what really really matters. What makes earth move over its circumference every day. Soccer, Carioca (Rio de Janeiro) Tournament. The important results were:

Americano 1 x 0 Portuguesa da Ilha
Botafogo 1 x 1 Vasco da Gama
America 4 x 3 Flamengo -> HEHEHEHEHHEHEHHEHE !!!!!!! AAAAAHHHHH FLAMENGO LOST U-HU!!!
Friburguense 0 x 3 Fluminense

So, what does it mean??? It means that Fluminense is already qualified to semi-finals, Flamengo, Vasco and Americano have pretty good chances and Botafogo is screwed. America still have a small chance but probably won't get it.

Beside that, I read on the newspaper that a movie about Pele will be released soon.

You guys (in special a 40 year old, Irish man, that got divorce some months ago and now drinks whisky every day) might be thinking that I only talk about soccer. Ok, I will talk write about something else.

Saturday was the African Banquet and it was great. Great food, great dances, great everything.

I was very happy to see that our Swedish friend, former Acadia student, left a message on the guestbook. It had been long time we (or at least myself) didn't hear anything from her. Hi Anne!!!

Yesterday was indoor soccer intramurals night. This time we played really well. Each player was giving its best, the goalkeeper was an huge wall that cleared all the balls without any problems. The defence was tough, fast and smart. Our opponents didn't have time to breath on the attack. The middle and the attack were perfectly working together like twin brothers, the opposite defenders were crying of fear. Looked like the attack Pelé and Pepe of the 1960´s Santos. Yes, that was a real team, a real champion!!! 

Oh, yeah. Unfortunately we lost again, the score was 3 x 0.

Ladies and gentleman!!!
This is a great start. A new moment for the history, I have no other option but to leave here, on my first post, some words of wisdom that I extracted from another universe. (Sorry, I won't translate that to English this time)
